1. Acceptance
By accessing adrionis.com you acknowledge these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not continue to use the site.
2. Purpose of this site
This website is published by Adrionis Trading Sh.p.k. for general business and informational purposes. It describes our trading activity, sourcing corridors, product specifications, and public news coverage. Nothing on adrionis.com constitutes an offer to contract, commercial advice, or a binding price quotation. Every specific term — volume, Incoterm, certification, payment, delivery window — is agreed in writing between Adrionis and a named counterparty.
3. Who we do business with
Adrionis deals exclusively with B2B counterparties acting in a professional capacity for companies that buy or supply fertilizer and petroleum products. We do not sell to consumers within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU, and nothing on this site should be read as a consumer offer.
4. Permitted and prohibited use
You may view, reference, and quote this site for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms. You must not: (a) copy substantial parts of the site's content for republication without written permission; (b) scrape or extract data by automated means beyond what ordinary search-engine crawlers perform; (c) reverse-engineer, frame, or misrepresent any part of the site; or (d) use the site in any way that would breach applicable laws, sanctions regimes, or export-control rules.
5. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, text, images, maps, and videos on adrionis.com are owned by or licensed to Adrionis Trading Sh.p.k. You may not reproduce them outside of fair-use citation or quotation with attribution. The Adrionis wordmark (including the dotted 'i' marks), the sourcing-network diagram, and the routes visualisation are protected brand assets.
6. News and third-party content
The News section includes short summaries of articles published by third parties (Euronews, Argus, European Commission, and others) for context. Adrionis is not the original publisher of these items, does not endorse the sources, and is not responsible for the accuracy or subsequent editing of third-party content. External links are followed at your own discretion.
7. Accuracy and availability
We aim for accurate, up-to-date information, but market data (freight rates, benchmark prices, regulatory status) changes frequently. We make no warranty that content is current, error-free, or uninterrupted. The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
8. No warranties, limited liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, adrionis.com is provided 'as is' and Adrionis disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Adrionis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site, except where liability cannot be excluded under Albanian, EU, or other applicable mandatory law.
9. Privacy
The way Adrionis handles personal data is described in the Privacy policy, linked in the footer of every page. These Terms incorporate that notice by reference. Where any tension appears between the two documents in relation to personal data, the Privacy policy prevails.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the site, our services, or applicable law. The 'Last updated' date at the top of this page always shows when the current version was published. Material changes will be highlighted in a short summary at the top of the page for at least 30 days after the update.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any dispute arising out of the use of this site or out of these Terms that cannot be resolved in good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts of Durrës, Albania — without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of an EU Member State where a user resides and which the user cannot contractually waive.
